The annual Yom Hashas event has been organised and hosted by the Kollel since 2017. Throughout one day the entire Shas (Talmud [2711 double-sided pages!!!]) is collectively learnt by a large group of people.

Over two hundred excited Lomdim come to spend the day in Leeds, jointly learning through the entire Shas in an incredible atmosphere of electrifying intensity. This is followed by a gala dinner in the evening. Each year more and more participants from Leeds join in. This is a unique demonstration of the tremendous love and connection to Torah study, and of the strong feelings of unity with the Leeds Kollel. As a side benefit, it brings to the community an atmosphere of tremendous inspiration.
